How do you work out square metres (m2)?
Length x Width for example 5mL x 3mW = 15m2
How do you work out cubic metres (m3)?
Length x Width x Depth for example 5ml x 3mW x 2mD = 30m3
Do listed product prices include GST?
Yes – all prices including delivery rates include GST. You can get a GST total at the checkout stage.
Do we have trailers available?
Yes we do! They are complimentary for the first 4 hours at the time you purchase from us, $20 per 4 hours after that.
Do we offer delivery?
Yes we do, depending on where you live will depend on the price. Delivery prices start at $30. Every delivery will have a fee.

Shipping
Delivery & Postage
New Zealand wide shipping is available on most products in the following categories: Giftware, Garden Accessories, Tools & Matting, Hanging Pots, Indoor Pots and Indoor Plants.
A flat rate of $12 applies to 5 products or less, and $24 for 6 products or more.
Delivery by Landscape Supply Co truck is available on products outside of the above categories to the following Waikato areas:
- Zone 1 - $30 per delivery. Te Awamutu Area Postcodes: 3800, 3840, 3841.
- Zone 2 - $60 per delivery. Pirongia & Ohaupo Area Postcodes: 3875, 3879, 3883, 3876, 3802, 3803, 3881, 3872.
- Zone 3 - $80 per delivery. Cambridge Area Postcodes: 3873, 3874, 3495, 3432, 3434, 3283, 3450.
- Zone 4 - $100 per delivery. Otorohanga Area Postcodes: 3973, 3900, 3825, 3882, 3290, 3493, 3282.
- Zone 5 - $120 per delivery. Hamilton Area Postcodes: 3496, 3283, 3206, 3209, 3295, 3977, 3976, 3975, 3972, 3877, 3246, 3874, 3241, 3244, 3240, 3242, 3247, 3216, 3255, 3251, 3252, 3204, 3214, 3254, 3253, 3243, 3257, 3245, 3248, 3206, 3200.
Shipping prices will show at the checkout stage once you have entered your address.
Please note these rates are based on orders that can be delivered by our shop truck. If your order exceeds this size we will be in touch to discuss options.
Once your order has been received, we will give you a call to confirm delivery address and time. All deliveries of goods will be confirmed via phone to avoid any delivery issues.
Please allow upto 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders are generally picked and packed between 10am-2pm. If you have urgent requirements please give us a call.
Pick Up
Pick up is available on all orders
Loss of Parcel
If your order can be tracked to the delivery address provided at the time of your order Landscape Supply Co Ltd will not be liable for this loss. However if your parcel has been lost in transit due to handling by our couriers we will contact you to either refund or replace your order asap.
General Shipping
All parcels will be sent as a non signature required parcel.
If you are not likely to be home upon delivery, please leave details on your delivery info if you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a specific area.
We can not post to PO Box addresses.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Where possible, online orders placed before midday (Monday – Friday) will dispatched on the same day. For after midday or weekend orders it will be the following business day. You will receive notification via email when your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order, and 4+ days for rural and South Island deliveries.
Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt on 'change of mind' returns that fall into the following product categories.
- Garden Accessories
- Garden Features
- Giftware
- Pavers
- Pots
- Water Features
The product must be returned to us in its original unused condition. Once the product is returned and approved to be in a re-saleable condition, Landscape Supply Co will happily arrange for an exchange product or a store credit to an equal amount of what was paid for the product. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
We do not accept 'change of mind' returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
- Live Plant Products - due to the fragile nature of these products.
- Bulk Supplies - *accepted at our discretion
- Custom Made Products
If your product has suffered severe damage on its journey to you please take a photo immediately without opening it further, and contact office@landscapesupplyco.nz within 2 working days.
