Description
Ceropegia Woodii or commonly known as chain of hearts is a dural trailing house plant. The green and red heart-shaped leave looks beautiful cascading from a small hanging pot or basket. THey prefer to dry out between waterings. Position in a very brightly lit spot that is protected from draught. They wont like the harsh direct sun though.
