Description
Ceropegia Woodii or, commonly known as Chain of Hearts is a trailing plant. The green and red heart-shaped leaves looks beautiful cascading from a small hanging pot or basket. They prefer to dry out between waterings. Position in a very brightly lit spot that is protected from draught.
